Marketing manager

Häfele, an internationally trusted manufacturer and distributor of innovative furniture and hardware fittings, LED lighting solutions and electronic access control systems, in order to enhance its Italian headquarter located in Carate Brianza (MB), is looking for a Marketing Manager.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be the head of the marketing team with direct responsibility for 5 people and you will be in charge, in collaboration with diverse departments, for driving our business strategy, in order to increase the demand creation, revenues and profits within our B2B market.

The role’s impact and influence are very high, and it is expected to deliver substantial tangible results for the Company.

Your main responsibility:

  • Structure KPI to evaluate all on-line and on-the-field sales activities, in both the short and long term.
  • Collect and report business insights, conducting market analyses to understand trends and needs.
  • Define a proper pricing / promotions strategy.
  • Develop marketing strategies, in line with corporate objectives, also aimed at improving brand awareness and corporate reputation.
  • Drive further development of digital customer experience.
  • Coordinate the communication strategy (website, social media, catalogues, etc.).
  • Coordinate activities related to implementation and usage of CRM tool (SalesForce).
  • Marketing budget allocation and management.

The ideal candidate is a graduate in Economics, Marketing, Engineering or similar. He/She has at least 5 years' experience in the role of Marketing Manager, gained within distribution companies in the B2B market, and has a strong expertise in quantitative marketing and communication campaigns.

Hard skills requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C1 or above) and Italian (C2 or above).
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of CRM SW (Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with SAP.
